Submission requirements checklist

  1. As part of the submission process, authors are required to verify compliance with the following components:
    1. For manuscript submission, all articles must be original and unpublished works and must not be under consideration for publication simultaneously in other journals or publishing houses, either in Spanish or in any other language, until a final decision is made.
    2. The file must be sent in  Microsoft Word format (* .doc, * .docx).
    3. The text must be submitted in letter-size paper, in 12-point Times New Roman font, double spaced, with approximately 27-28 lines per page, on one side only.
    4. The first page must include the title of the article, name of the author or authors, and their personal data: a) academic title and university where it was obtained, b) institution where authors are affiliated, c) full address to which correspondence can be sent, d) topics of specialization, e) telephone number, f) fax number, g) email, h) ORCID registration.
    5. Photographs must be submitted in a separate file, in .JPG or .PNG format, 300 dpi resolution.
    6. When texts are submitted for the Articles section:
    7. The article must be between 15 and 25 double-spaced pages.
    8. Abstracts must be no longer than 10 lines or 100 words, highlighting the article’s objective, method, and conclusions.
    9. The article must include between 5 and 10 keywords. Places or locations must not be listed as keywords.
    10. The article contains the title, abstract, and keywords translated into English.
    11. Citations and references must meet the criteria established in this journal’s standards for authors.
    12. Whenever possible, URLs will be provided for references (hyperlinks should work correctly and contain the information referenced).
    13. The text adheres to the requirements indicated in the journal’s standards for authors section.

  3. I declare, as the person responsible for the submission, that this document has no more authors than those indicated (no more names will be added in the editing process).
